Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Sabra Projects. Billy is fantastic to deal with, he responds promptly and communicates clearly and meets all timeframes. He did some unique jobs for my campervan that involved small and large cabinets with multiple doors and drawers in tight spaces. I'm extremely happy with the results and will be working with Billy again on other projects. Great service and workmanship, can't ask for more.

Frequently Asked Questions About Kitchen Renovations Malabar

Everything you need to know about coastal joinery, pricing, and project timelines directly from our workshop team.

How much does a custom kitchen renovation cost in Malabar?

Custom kitchen renovations in Malabar typically range from $28,000 to $70,000+. Total cost depends on spatial footprint, choice of stone benchtops (engineered quartz, porcelain, or natural quartzite), custom 2-pack polyurethane finishes, and interior Blum hardware integration. Because our workshop is 8 minutes away in Banksmeadow, you get direct craftsman pricing without retail margins. Call 02 8021 0466 for a ballpark estimate tailored to your space.

How do you protect cabinetry against coastal Malabar air and humidity?

Malabar coastal conditions require specialized materials. We build using Australian High Moisture Resistance (HMR) board, fully sealed 2-pack polyurethane door profiles, and corrosion-resistant European hardware that resist warping, delamination, and coastal moisture damage.

How long does the renovation take from design to completion?

In-house manufacturing in our Banksmeadow workshop requires 3 to 5 weeks following final plan approval. On-site joinery installation takes 3 to 5 business days, followed by stone benchtop templating, fabrication, and final fit-off within 5 to 8 business days.

What other Eastern Suburbs areas do you service?

Beyond Malabar, we build bespoke kitchens and cabinetry across Matraville, Maroubra, Little Bay, Randwick, Coogee, Woollahra, and Bondi.
